Mark as Useful Showed up on my Caller ID as "The CS Center." Asked for my wife. I said she wasn't available and asked to take a message. They said no, we'll call back and hung up before I could say "please don't." An attempt to call the number back resulted in a busy signal.

Mark as Useful i get a phone call from this # every 90 mins and they never leave a message. i looked it up and apparently tons of people are having the same problem. something should be done about it. If it is macy's i want to know and i will cancel my card asap and never shop there again.
